Justice Courts include the Small Claims Courts and resolve claims with a maximum amount in controversy in Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas. Las Vegas is home to the Eighth Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
